Some of Dairy Belle Ice Cream's specialties include: poutine (the Canadian national dish of fries topped with creamy Wisconsin cheddar curd cheese and smothered in the family's own brown gravy), toasted hot dogs (with a New England style toasted bun for extra crunch), geudille (chopped lettuce, onion, tomato, and mayo in a toasted bun which can be topped with chicken or egg), meat sauce (put over fries for Italian poutine), hot chicken sandwiches and club sandwiches.
