Les Miserables Fort Lauderdale

Les Miserables Fort Lauderdale
Les Miserables Fort Lauderdale Broward Center, January 18 - 30
Based on Victor Hugo's dramatic novel about political revolution and love in early 19th-century Paris, Les Miserables is a classic story that's translated successfully to the stage. The beloved musical follows the escaped convict Jean Valjean as he attempts to rescue Cosette, the orphaned daughter of a woman he has wronged, and evade the policeman Javert. During the violent June Rebellion, an uprising in 1830s Paris, Valjean sacrifices himself to secure Cosette's happiness and receives the opportunity to exact revenge on his nemesis Javert. The 25-year old Broadway musical, affectionately known as Les Mis, comes to the Broward Center January 18 through January 30. Click here for tickets and showtimes.
