Volcano Restaurant and Lounge

Volcano Restaurant and Lounge
Chicken FondueThere is something uniquely alluring about dining over fondue.  It almost seems impossible not to invite conversation and laughter with someone after dipping your foods together in a communal pot.  Volcano Restaurant and Lounge has brought that experience to Fort Lauderdale Beach.  The backdrop of the ocean perfectly compliments  their charming ambiance.  This is the ideal place to share some of Volcano’s amazing cheese fondue sprinkled with nutmeg.  Click here for InTown’s listing of Volcano Restaurant and Lounge!

Steak Cooked on a SteakstoneAs you walk in, you’ll see patrons at the bar catching up with friends, conversations being held poolside, and steaming pots on the tables.  At Volcano, there’s more to fondue than cheese. They offer fondue for meats.  You can cook your own chicken in a hot pot of soup accompanied with various sauces and sides.  You can also cook your meat on a steakstone.  That’s one way to ensure that your food will be seared exactly to your liking.  Click here for InTown’s Gallery of Volcano Restaurant and Lounge.

LoungeOnce your pleasing meal comes to an end, there is no need to get back in your car again.  This place is the complete deal, offering a lounge as well.  There’s music playing in the background and people are socializing inside as well as by the pool.  My advice – order a Strawberry Volcano Punch.  It’s bubbly, minty, and quite tasty.  Then again, that just follows Volcano’s norm as the owners, Sonja and Hans, ensure every detail of your experience is perfection.  Click here for Volcano’s website.
